How do I pay for my order?
You can pay via Paypal, with your debit/credit card via Stripe or by using Klarna.

How are the postage costs calculated?

Please find all delivery costs on the Postage & Delivery Info Page.
 
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Please check the Postage & Delivery Info tab for current dispatch times. All orders will be dispatched in order of payment and will be sent by Royal Mail. We post every week day, unless some circumstances prevent us from doing so (these will be noted on the previously mentioned tab). You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been sent & if your email/phone number is included at the checkout, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

What happens if I do not receive my order?
If you do not receive your order, please email [email protected] & we will check the tracking details. We can only make a claim after 10 working days have passed since the order was posted. We can dispatch again before the 10 days are up, but you will need to pay for that order. After the 10 days have passed we will resend or refund your order depending on what we have discussed. Please also read the T&C's.


I've forgotten something, can I add to an order?
No, sorry but due to the work involved to manually amend the stock totals & due to the volume of orders we receive, we can no longer add to orders. You are welcome to place another order, if we see multiple orders then we will combine (combining orders is not guaranteed).

What happens if something is out of stock after I have paid?
We do our very best to keep the stock totals up to date, on rare occasions there may be times when we cannot send what you have ordered, you will receive a refund for the item along with a note stating what the refund is for.

If I order more than 1 metre of ribbon will it be a continuous length?
Yes, where possible it will be sent in a continuous length although there may be times when this is not possible.

Can I place an order if I live outside of the United Kingdom?
Yes you can, please select 'Outside the UK' & your country from the drop down boxes. We are not responsible for any custom charges you have to pay, the amount of your order will be declared on the customs slip.
